Part 2 - Understanding flickr tags.

There are two different format for inserting images. These are photo and photoset. We will leave photosets for another day. So lookabootye uses an identifier called a flickr tag. Sorry it's nothing to do with those keyword tags the site runs on. No, a flickr tag is a piece of code you enter into the body of your post. Don't worry its nothing to complicated. Let's have a look at a flickr tag.

I had to break the code so that you can see it. In a real flickr tag miss out the ? so it starts [flickr-photo:id

There that wasn't so bad was it. Ok what does it all mean?

The left square bracket [ just tells our system to get ready for a hunk of code. Guess what, the right square bracket ] at the other end tells our system it's at the end of the code. It's important to include these so lookabootye understands what on earth you are trying to do. Now let's deal with what's going on inside the brackets.

flickr-photo:id=1009352630 almost speaks for itself, it tells lookabootye the identification number of the photo stored at flickr.

Then we have a comma followed size=s. Yep you guessed it, this tells lookabootye that we want the photo to be small. You can also use size=m for a medium sized photo. Feel free to select a size to suit you.
